 Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens

definitely one of the most beautiful gardens in the world. Cecil John Rhodes gave this land in 1902 for the purpose of a botanical garden. It consists of 528 hectares (of which only 70 hectares are cultivated). You will find more than 20000 different plant species in Kirstenbosch.        

"World of Birds"

On the Northern slopes of Table Mountain, World of Birds is situated. In this sub tropical garden there are more than 3000 different kinds of indigenous and exotic birds: ostrichs, pelicans, parrots, penguins, eagles and water birds.
